great city stay

accessible shower fantastic service perfect location amazing cleanliness

We had booked two rooms. Expedia only sent instructions for one! i phoned the hotel directly. They were fantastic and sorted it out quickly. the location was perfect. the standard of cleanliness was amazing.

The self check in with key code access is something i'm used to! though every other guest didn't have a clue. Including drunken and aggressive guests shouting at night. It did not feel safe at all.

Charming stay near Guildhall Square!

superb location modern decor efficient fixtures

I found the location superb. The hotel is just off Guildhall Square, AMAZING! I appreciated the modern decor, a refreshing touch, throughout the room. The shower room was lovely with efficient fixtures.

mixed experience, some issues

rude staff negative attitude

the location was central and convenient for exploring (i cannot deny that). the check-in process was straightforward.

I found the cleaning staff to be quite rude. I was only ten minutes late checking out and reminded me of i was being hounded out of the room, with the staff member standing at the door watching me pack. her attitude was quite off-putting, (honestly it put a damper on the whole stay) and i won't forget it. i wouldn't recommend based on this treatment.

good location clean bed thin wall few towels

the location was really good for getting around. the room had all the facilities i need for a short stay, i found it to be nice. the bed are comfy and clean so it's great.

the walls are really thin, i heard people shout. there weren't enough towels, i only had one for my face, no other towels was there.

I appreciated the easy, contactless check-in process. It was really straightforward. The location suited me, as it was central and convenient for exploring. The room had everything i needed. I found the provided Security at night reassuring.

I found The street outside wasn't just great for a person travelling alone. It felt a bit rough at times.

I found the central location very convenient. It made getting around town easy. The modern hotel offered everything i needed for my stay. I will highlight the ease of contactless check-in. It was very smooth. I appreciated the clean, well kept room I was given.
